He had already received a report from the Samut Sakhon Provincial Public Health Doctor. It is believed that the switch occurred while the child was being examined. Then, when the child's father complained about the abnormality, the hospital sent DNA for testing. The hospital arranged for the child's parents to come and talk to mediate the compensation.
